Reporting to the Venue Manager, this full-time role will see you inspiring your team and making our guests your number one priority. You will be a hospitality professional, comfortable with a busy environment with a natural flair for customer service and an eye for detail.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating Doltone House values; Integrity, Trust, Courage, Commitment, Passion and Respect
  • Leading the food and beverage team
  • Coaching and training the food and beverage team
  • Conduct event briefings with team and allocate duties
  • Managing client expectation during an event
  • Room setups and tear downs
  • Resolving guest feedback during event execution
  • Managing key stakeholders for event execution
  • Completing appropriate reports where required

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
  • A sharp eye for detail
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and be solutions oriented
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
  • Current RSA
  • Current first aid certificate
